Due to recent changes in U.S. tariff regulations, we are temporarily unable to process orders for products shipping to the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer shipping across Canada and the United States and offer several shipping options, including Canada Post, Fleet Optics, Intelcom, UPS, USPS, and Purolator.
Order Processing Time & Fulfillment
Please note that orders will normally process in 1-2 business days when we receive your order. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
Our business days are Monday to Friday 9am -5pm PST. No orders are fulfilled outside of our business days, weekends and Statuary holidays.
Important Notice for P.O. Box Orders
If you are using a P.O. Box for your delivery address, please ensure that your P.O. Box is able to accept parcel deliveries. Some P.O. Boxes may have size restrictions or may not be able to receive larger packages.
Delivery Instructions
If you have specific delivery requests, please email us your instructions immediately after placing your order. You may also include them in the "Address" section at checkout. This helps ensure our shipping partners can follow your preferences and deliver your parcel smoothly.

Below tables are the delivery fees for different destinations and options. Please note that delivery times do not include order processing time. Please note that shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to update or adjust our shipping rates at any time.
Please be advised that delivery times are determined by the courier service, and any delays that may occur during shipping are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for the time it takes for the courier to deliver your order.

Rate Adjustments
For orders exceeding 2kg, an additional delivery cost may be charged depends on package size and delivery destination. Our team will contact you for more information.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information in it. If you have any issues, please free feel to contact us at hello@sk1ntro.com

Local Delivery (British Columbia)
Tracking may not be available for local deliveries in certain BC areas. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is out for delivery. Please ensure your mobile number is correct at checkout to receive timely updates.
Taxes & Duties
Domestic sales tax will be applied to order based on the order destination in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
For international shipments, taxes, and customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customers.
Failed Delivery
Your order may be returned often due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address. In most cases, when undelivered orders returned to us, we will reach out to you to confirm the shipping address and attempt to re-send the package (additional fee applies).
Packages that are not picked up within the allocated time are not eligible for a refund.

Please ensure that your information is accurate and complete before submitting your order. (ex. Address, postal code/zip, phone number) as Sk1ntro is not responsible for additional fees to reship your order due to information missing at the time of purchase.
Shipping Policy Regarding Stolen/Lost Parcels
We understand the importance of receiving your order, and we take great care in ensuring that all shipments are processed and delivered to you in a timely manner. However, once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its security or any loss due to theft.
Please note, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels marked as delivered and not received, as our responsibility ends once the carrier confirms the delivery.
