Return Policy

At Sk1ntro, we accept returns/exchanges for unopened and non-hygienic items.

All Sale, discounted items and E-gift cards are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged and packages that are not picked up within the allocated time are not eligible for a refund.

Please refer to the following guidelines for returns/exchanges:

• Return items must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
• Exchanges can be processed for items of equal value. 
• Return/exchange are allowed within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
• Sk1ntro is not responsible for any additional return shipping and handling fees made
