At Sk1ntro, we accept returns/exchanges for eligible unopened and non-hygienic items.

Please refer to the following guidelines before submitting a returns/exchanges request:

  • Return items must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused and in resellable condition.
  • Return/exchange are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Original receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Exchanges can be processed for items of equal value. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping and handling fees.

Final Sales Items

All sale items, discounted items, promotional items, e-gift cards, and final sale items are non-refundable and cannot returned or exchanged. 

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that all discounted and final sale items are non-refundable. 

Final sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please follow the Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items process below.

 

Failed Deliveries/Unclaimed  Packages

Packages that are not picked up within the carrier's allocated pickup period will be treated as failed deliveries.

Ofers not picked up by the customer are not eligible for a refund.  Sk1ntro is not responsible for any additional shipping fees, return shipping fees, or handling fees related to failed deliveries or unclaimed packages. 

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If an item in your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us at hello@sk1ntro.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue quickly.

For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos of the product, the shipping label, and the package.

For missing item claims, please include photos of the package as received, the shipping label, all packaging materials, and all items you received. Please do not discard any packaging or products until the case has been reviewed.

Once we receive the required information, our team will review the case and help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Claims submitted without the required photos or after 5 days of delivery may be difficult to verify and may not be eligible for replacement, refund or store credit. 

 

Gift With Purchase Policy (Refunds & Exchanges)

If your return or exchange causes your final order total to fall below the minimum required to qualify for a free gift, the free gift must be returned in its original, unused condition along with your items.

If the gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund or charged before the exchange is processed.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning any items, including any required free gifts.


Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges on Beauty Devices

Please note that beauty devices are considered final sale items due to hygiene and safety standards. For this reason, we are unable to accept any returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for this product once it has been purchased.
