Step 1: After cleansing your face, apply the first sheet to your nose. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then remove and wipe off any residue. Step 2: Dry your hands, then peel off the film from the second strip and dampen your nose with water. Apply the strip and let it sit until it dries (about 10-15 minutes) before peeling off slowly from the edges. Step 3: Apply the final sheet to your nose and leave for 10-15 minutes. Remove and gently tap any remaining essence into the skin for absorption.
