The product performs as expected, though there aren't any outstanding results. Unfortunately, the bottle is defective, so the niacinamide won't pump out properly. Sadly, it's too late to return it.

This is the same as the snail musin except with niacinamide (I think that's how u spell it) I like using it once or twice a week with in the morning I just gotta remember to not use it with my vitamin c I think it works nicely

Instantly makes skin feel moister and brighter and the softness lasts all day. It feels lightweight yet is a relief for dry sensitive skin. When I recently tried out a different serum (different brand), my skin looked and felt worse — so I switched back to this serum and immediately the improvement was noticeable. It does not have any scent as far as I can tell. So it’s a very good product and also good value— the bottle lasts several months. It works well with the matching CosRX gel foaming cleanser in a tube and their hyaluronic moisturizer in a jar. As others note, one sometimes runs out before the other — but you can still just use the remainder while waiting for the next bottle to arrive. I do think it would be nice to have more ecofriendly packaging — but maybe the separate areas may well play a role in this product’s effectiveness.

I have never really used facial skin products but I started to get dark spots that really bother me! I'm not sure how noticeable to others but it was/is to me(some people noticed I had what they thought were freckles if anything). I'm 44 and late to skin care products but after only four days(one day off!) My boyfriend actually first noticed the difference! I think he may be right! My skin does seem to be glowing and the dark spots already reduced(I'm not being payed for this review, btw). Now, I'm taking pics with my camera to ensure these results are real but I really, truly think there's already a difference!! All I do is use soap to wash my face, this serum and wow! I may start using the serum and other stuff but truly I don't think it can make that much more of a difference than this(could it?)( I do hate most stuff on my face but this is quality! Feels good) Anyhow, we'll see in a few weeks if this stays true, I use it only once a day and once again, it's amazing! I rarely review items but I'm bored(lol) and really shocked by what I at least imagine to be true but it seems just too good! We'll soon see...definitely try this, I think you will love it!

I got nothing but praise for the actual product however it's a gamble the dual nozzles will work. I have purchased this product five times now and two of those times only one of the nozzles worked. The bottle itself is the issue.
